INTEGRATION

The assignment notification your tracker sends is not enough.

When a ticket is assigned, the tracker sends a notification: a title, a link, and an implicit "good luck." That is information that something happened. It is not information about what to do. The developer still has to open the ticket, read the description, find the AC, find the due date, and reconstruct the brief that the PM had in their head.

Pyloq sends a briefing instead. Title, acceptance criteria, due date, in the channel the developer is already in. The notification said "you were assigned." The briefing says "here is what done means, and here is when." These are not the same message.

Most of the cost of "a developer ramping up on a ticket" is the work of producing the briefing the PM never wrote. Pyloq writes it, at the moment of assignment, for free.

LECTURE

Pyloq drafts. A person decides. The artifact waits for the yes before it becomes a ticket — and the yes is logged.
