WORKFLOW

The workspace view nobody had before: every PM's delivery, one screen.

A workspace owner has always been able to see the trackers. They have never been able to see delivery. The difference is the difference between a backlog and a live loop: which tickets are bouncing, which developers are blocked, which PM's check-ins are surfacing a risk that has not yet become a missed deadline.

Pyloq's workspace view is that picture. Every PM's delivery on one screen: their projects, their bounce rates, their blockers, their check-in state. The owner sees across all of them, in the same way each PM sees across their own projects.

It is the view engineering leadership has wanted for a decade and has been told, repeatedly, that the tracker already provides. The tracker provides the backlog. The workspace view provides the delivery. They are not the same thing, and only one of them tells you whether you are going to ship on time.

LECTURE

Pyloq drafts. A person decides. The artifact waits for the yes before it becomes a ticket — and the yes is logged.
