Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Pyloq ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. We are a precision-focused data labeling tool designed to keep human judgment in the loop — and that extends to how we think about your data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, role) when you are invited to a workspace; content you submit (conversations, projects, drafts, and tickets); and technical metadata such as browser, IP address, and usage logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the service: processing Your Content into drafts, briefings, and alerts; operating integrations you connect; maintaining workspace access and roles; and improving product quality. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Your Content to train external models.
4. Workspace Isolation
Your Content is scoped to the workspace it was created in. Data does not cross workspace boundaries, and members of one workspace cannot access content belonging to another. Administrators within your workspace control membership and visibility of workspace artifacts.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Connecting services such as Jira, ClickUp, Slack, or Microsoft Teams is initiated by you. Data shared with those providers is governed by their own privacy policies. We transmit only what is needed to perform the action you requested, and we do not retain credentials beyond what is required to keep the connection active.
6. Data Retention
We retain Your Content for as long as your workspace is active. When a workspace is closed, we provide a limited export window consistent with your plan, after which data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days unless legal obligations require otherwise.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transit, restricted internal access, and audit logging on administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the confidentiality of your drafts as a core product requirement, not an afterthought.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data tied to your account. Administrators control workspace-level content. To exercise these rights, contact hello@pyloq.com from the email associated with your account and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Human Verification & Review
Because Pyloq generates drafts for human review, humans remain accountable for what gets published. We never auto-publish to external tools without an authorized action, and we log who approved each published artifact for traceability.
11. Children's Privacy
Pyloq is a professional tool intended for workplace use. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16, and we do not design the product for or direct it toward minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@pyloq.com. We will do our best to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
