1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pyloq ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
2. Description of Service
Pyloq is a precision-focused data labeling platform that transforms raw conversational input into structured team workflows. We provide drafting, refinement, and publishing tooling intended to support — not replace — human judgment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are created by invitation; administrators control roles and access levels within their workspace.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use Pyloq to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; (c) upload content that violates any third-party rights; or (d) use the platform to generate misleading tickets or artifacts intended to deceive reviewers or stakeholders.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all conversations, artifacts, and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Pyloq a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not use Your Content to train external models, and workspace data remains isolated to your account.
6. Human Verification & Quality
Pyloq produces drafts for human review. Automated outputs are not guarantees of correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying every ticket, briefing, and alert before publishing it to integrated tools or distributing it to your team.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Connecting external services (such as Jira, ClickUp, Slack, or Microsoft Teams) is performed at your direction and subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services, nor for any data they retain after you disconnect them.
8. Billing & Plans
Paid plans are billed per product manager, not per developer. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion as described on your invoice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pyloq is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost work, missed deadlines, or data loss arising from drafts that were not independently verified before publishing.
10. Termination
You may stop using Pyloq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; we will retain Your Content for a limited export window as described in your plan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
