WORKFLOW

Why adding a PM to a workspace should take thirty seconds.

The first PM in a workspace does the hard setup: connects the tracker, connects the messaging app, chooses the schedule. The second PM should not repeat any of that. The workspace is already wired. Adding a PM should be a name, a set of projects, a schedule, and nothing else.

Yet most tools make the second PM as expensive as the first, because the setup was never really designed around the workspace — it was designed around a single user, copy-pasted. Pyloq is organized the other way: the workspace owns the connections, and each PM owns their slice of it.

Each PM then has their own projects, their own check-in schedule, their own developers being briefed. The workspace owner sees across all of them. Adding the third PM is also thirty seconds. The setup cost is paid once, by the workspace, and never again.

LECTURE

Pyloq drafts. A person decides. The artifact waits for the yes before it becomes a ticket — and the yes is logged.
