Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. We keep ours to a minimum: no advertising cookies, no tracking you across other sites, and nothing optional is set unless you say yes.
2. Cookies on pyloq.com
Our website sets one essential cookie to remember your choice. The chat assistant is the only optional feature that uses cookies, so it only loads after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Set by | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
pyloq_consent | Pyloq | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we don’t ask on every page. | 1 year |
Set by Retentifi | Retentifi (chat assistant) | Runs the chat assistant and keeps your conversation going while you browse. Only set after you click Accept. | Set by Retentifi |
The chat assistant is provided by Retentifi, which sets and manages its own cookies. If you reject cookies, the chat stays off and you can reach us at hello@pyloq.com instead.
3. Cookies in the Pyloq app
Once you sign in, the Pyloq app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and your account secure. The app can't work without them, so they don't need your consent.
| Cookie | Set by | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
better-auth.session_token | Pyloq | Keeps you signed in to the Pyloq app and protects your account. | Until you sign out or the session expires |
4. Your choices
You can change your mind at any time. Open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or use the button below, and choose Accept or Reject again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; we'll ask again on your next visit.
For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to hello@pyloq.com.
