Connect Jira

Use a Jira Cloud project as your workspace's ticket tracker: Pyloq publishes approved requirements there, and runs standups, briefings, QA alerts and release tracking from it.
Works with every Jira Cloud plan.

Before you start

  • A Jira Cloud site and a project your team works in.
  • A Pyloq workspace with no other ticket tracker connected. To switch from ClickUp, disconnect ClickUp first under Connectors.

Setup instructions

  1. Open Pyloq, go to Connectors and click Connect on the Jira card.
  2. Sign in to Atlassian, choose your site and click Accept.
  3. Back in Pyloq, choose the project your tickets live in and click Save changes. Pyloq registers its webhook automatically.
  4. Optional: in Automations, set your QA and done statuses for bounce alerts, cycle time and release tracking.

Webhooks

Atlassian allows 5 webhooks per app on each Jira site. Pyloq shares one between every workspace on the same site; if registration fails, clear old ones from the Jira drawer in Pyloq.
