AI tools

Pyloq doesn't appear in a chat

Start a new chat or session. AI tools load connectors when a conversation starts.

"Isn't linked to a ticket-tracker account"

Reconnect (or create a new key) and pick your Jira or ClickUp account.

"Missing, invalid, expired or revoked"

The key was revoked or mistyped. Create a new one.

"My tickets" shows someone else's tickets

Your tool is using another person's key. Remove it and add your own; see Disconnect or switch account.

A ticket "isn't in this workspace's tracker"

Each connection covers one workspace. Connect again and pick the other workspace.

Ticket trackers

ClickUp: "Custom Task IDs are off"

Turn on the Custom Task IDs ClickApp for the Space your List is in (Business plan or above), then click Check again. See Connect ClickUp.

"This workspace already uses Jira" (or ClickUp)

A workspace has one ticket tracker. Disconnect the current one under Connectors, then connect the other.

ClickUp: a task "isn't in this workspace's ClickUp List"

Pyloq only works with tasks in the List you picked. Move the task, or pick a different List in the ClickUp drawer.

Jira: alerts stopped arriving

Open the Jira drawer in Pyloq and check the webhook section; remove dead webhooks if Atlassian's limit of 5 is reached.

GitHub

A repo isn't listed in Pyloq

It wasn't picked when Pyloq was installed. On GitHub, open Settings → GitHub Apps → Pyloq → Configure and add it. See Connect GitHub.

GitHub install is waiting for approval

Only organization owners can install apps. An owner approves the request on GitHub, then click Connect in Pyloq again.
